Buying a property under construction is exciting, as we found out with Boutique Living. As the building rose from the ground, we got to know the builders well and were impressed by the care and pride taken in their work. Darren and the team at Boutique were great to work with from a purchaser perspective but what i value the most is the consideration and thought that has gone into the design of their homes. There is a lot of options in the market for terraced houses but Boutiques offering is designed to be comfortable and practical to live in. Boutique Living really do design and build lovely affordable homes - I loved that their designs were more spacious - generous outdoor areas, a garage and more floor space than the standard off the plans townhouses - and with higher specs, but still affordably priced. As our development was only 5 units, we were given a really personal experience and able to make changes to color, finishing and specs without getting lost in communication. Hannah and Darren were really easy to work with and answered all my queries promptly and sincerely. They even completed landscaping work post-settlement to keep us happy and continue to do so with other typical new build issues we find over time. I also felt very safe through the whole process knowing they were fixed price properties and our deposits were held in trust, so a risk free purchase in the event we could not settle. Darren and his team recently delivered a new house for us. The team were a delight to work with throughout the process, and the house they delivered was stunning. We couldn't be happier with the quality, and Darren and the teams desire to deliver quality really shows in the finished product The small issues that have popped up as we started living in it, as expected with any new build, have been dealt with swiftly, which for first time home owners is always appreciated. Our only suggestion for improvement on an already great experience would be the communications throughout the build process, which could have been slightly more proactive. But when we did get in touch asking for an update, it was provided by Darren shortly after. I was first drawn to Boutique Living due to their townhouses standing out from the rest. Their designs are unique and look different to many around. I like the fact they have only a small number of houses on each section. Hannah was amazing to deal with during and after the build process. My emails were answered within a few hours each time and when I asked to go on site to see progress I was able to as well.
